Email & consent

Transactional emails are sent from notifications@refillops.co and include account verification, password reset, billing receipts, security alerts, and invitations. They are required for the service to function and cannot be unsubscribed individually.

Marketing and product update emails are sent from notes@refillops.co. They cover changelog highlights, new guides, and occasional counter-workflow tips. You can opt out at any time.

Newsletter signup is explicit opt-in — you check a box on a signup form or a website CTA. We never pre-check the opt-in box, and we don’t infer opt-in from contact-form submissions or trial signups.

• • Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• • /unsubscribe removes the email address from marketing lists immediately.
• • /email-preferences lets you choose which categories of email to receive.
• • Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional or security email.

When you submit a contact form, you consent to Refillops using the information you provided to reply. Contact form submissions do not enroll you in marketing email.

Account signup requires acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. Newsletter opt-in is offered separately and is never required for signup.
